Payroll History

Not available when the Show "Payroll History" in Employee Master, EPortal Tab is turned off.

Not available when the Enable "Payroll History" in Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab, Payroll History Panel is turned off.

The maximum number of periods to display can be defined in Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self-Service Tab, and Payroll History Panel.

Usually, only protected payroll batches are visible in Payroll History. However, if the option “Allow viewing of unprotected payroll records that are set to complete” is enabled (found in Employee Portal Setup under the Employee Self-Service Tab and Payroll History Panel), and the payroll record is marked as complete (in Payroll Record Amendment under the Other Info Tab), unprotected payroll records can also be viewed. This feature is particularly useful for terminated employees who need to download their pay slips before the payroll batch is protected.
