Payroll Record Amendment, Other Info Tab
The configurations for Department, Division, Employee Class, Work Location, and Payroll Cost Centre influence the outcomes of the Payroll Details Report by these respective categories.
The “Is Completed” flag becomes useful when the option "Allow viewing of unprotected payroll records that are set to complete" (found in Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self-Service tab, Payroll History panel) is enabled. With this option turned on, the payroll record will appear in the Payroll History even if it is not yet protected.
