Subordinate Attendance Performance

This screen is a quick view to measure the Attendance and punctuality of your subordinate compared to the department and company average performance for your subordinate evaluation.

Subordinate Attendance Performance is available when the check-box Enable "Attendance Performance" in Employee Portal Setup (Employee Self Service Tab) is turned on. 

Subordinate Attendance Performance is available for all the Approver(s). 

Subordinate Attendance Performance is also available for the Superiors (i.e. the Report To, the employees other than the approvers)  when the option Allow Superior view Subordinate's Info in Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab is turned on. 

Please note that the condition for selecting Attendance Performance is by Month, not Attendance Period. So month 2019/01 represented 2019/01/01 to 2019/01/31.
