Generate Expense Claims Autopay File is under Expense. 

The "Generate Expense Claims Autopay File" function enables the automatic creation of electronic files for bank autopay processing. It supports multiple banking formats, including HSBC, Citibank, DBS, and other major banks. This feature streamlines the preparation of expense claim payment files for direct credit, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement to employees with minimal manual effort. 

The "Generate Expense Claims Autopay File" function is used to create files for bank auto-payment processing. You can optionally modify the autopay file name, pay reference, and pay date in the respective fields. The system will generate both a report (for print or on-screen viewing) and an ASCII file on the local PC, which can then be submitted to your bank for autopay processing. 

You may also choose to generate the payroll autopay file using by Autopay Class. By default, the system includes all classes. Different Autopay Classes can be configured with their own bank information. The default autopay bank details are defined in the Payroll Module Setup, while class-specific bank details are maintained in the Autopay Class settings.

「生成費用報銷自動轉帳檔案」功能可自動建立銀行自動轉賬處理用的電子檔案。系統支援多種銀行格式，包括滙豐銀行、花旗銀行、星展銀行及其他主要銀行。此功能簡化了費用申請付款檔案的準備程序，方便直接入帳至員工賬戶，確保付款準確及時，減少人工操作。

「生成費用報銷自動轉帳檔案」功能可用於建立銀行自動付款處理檔案。使用者可於相關欄位中選擇修改自動轉賬檔案名稱、付款參考及付款日期。系統會同時產生報表（可列印或在螢幕上檢視）及 ASCII 檔案，並儲存在本機電腦，之後可提交予銀行進行自動轉賬處理。

您亦可選擇透過 [Autopay Class]產生薪金自動轉賬檔案。系統預設會包含所有類別。不同的自動轉賬類別可設定各自的銀行資料。預設的自動轉賬銀行資料定義於薪金模組設定中，而類別專用的銀行資料則維護於自動轉賬類別設定內。

Autopay Batch No. is assigned in the Expense Claims Autopay Batch.

自動轉賬批次編號（Autopay Batch No.）是於 [Expense Claims Autopay Batch] 中分配的。

A friendly message alerts you that you may have to encode the report before sending it to banks.  For example, auto-pay orders to the Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank should be pre-processed by the associated bank program.  The bank program would read the Auto-pay Transfer File and encrypt the data therein. 

系統會貼心提示您，在提交報表予銀行前，可能需要先對報表進行編碼。例如，提交給香港上海匯豐銀行的自動轉賬指示應預先經由該銀行相關的處理程式處理。該銀行程式會讀取自動轉賬檔案並加密當中的資料。
