Holiday Balance Report

Holiday Balance Report is under Leave ⇒ Leave Reports.

The "Holiday Balance Report" in HRPro provides a comprehensive overview of the holidays accrued and taken by employees. 

This report helps HR managers and employees monitor holiday usage and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. 

This report will calculate the Holiday Balance based on the Roster Table of the employee and the Holiday Table defined.

In general, 

Holiday Balance = Holiday Entitle + Holiday Adjustment - Holiday Assigned

Holiday Entitle is the number of holidays of the employee since the Join Date. Whether the holiday is Statutory Holidays or Public Holidays is depending on the Holiday Type of the employee in Employee Master, HR Info tab

Holiday Adjustment is the Leave Adjustments that the Nature is Holiday Adjustment

Holiday Assigned is depending on the check-box options Statutory Holiday for Roster Employee includes (1. Holiday Table, 2. Roster Table, 3. Holiday Leave) in Leave Module Setup, General tab

Current Year Entitle is the number of holidays the employee started from this Calendar Year and up to the current date. 

Current Year Adjustment is the total number of days of Leave Adjustments that the Nature is Holiday Adjustment started from this Calendar Year and up to the current date. 

Current Year Assigned is depending on the option Roster Holiday includes (1. Holiday Table, 2. Roster Table, 3. Holiday Leave) starting from this Calendar Year and up to the current date.

Brought Forward is Holiday Balance - Current Year Entitle - Current Year Adjustment + Current Year Assigned
