Unprotect IR56B Batch

Same as the payroll batch, after the amendment is done, IR56B batch is generated and submitted; you need to protect the batch in order to create next year’s batch. After protect, no more editing is allowed.

If the batch is protected and you find that the data are incorrect, you may unprotect the IR56B Batch through Unprotect IR56B Batch. The data for the IR56B Batch would be unprotected and you may amend or generate the IR56B batch again.

Select the IR56B Batch that you wish to unprotect and click the Unprotect button.
