Manage Employees by Group

Manage Employees by Group is on System Manager ⇒  Manage Employees by Group. 

To enable Manage Employees by Group, go to System Manager HRPro Setup   System Manager Setup, System Manager panel, and turn on  Enable Manage Employees by Group

Manage Employees by Group is for the administrator to set which employees that the HRPro User can manage. 

If employees are not checked on this screen, the corresponding HRPro user is not able to view or manage those employees. 

In Web Client, you can also manage employees by Department, Division, Employee Class and Employer. e.g. When the ADMIN department is checked for the User DEMO, DEMO is able to view and manage all the ADMIN department employees.
