How to determine Pay days for Salary/Work Pay in Payroll
The number of Pay Days in payroll is determined by
Monthly Rate Employee
For Non-713 employees, Pay Days is Regular Pay Days - Sick Leave days - Injury Leave days - Maternity Leave days.
For 713 employees, Pay Days is Regular Pay Days - Annual Leave days - Holiday Days - Sick Leave days - Injury Leave days - Maternity Leave days.
Daily Rate Employee
For Daily rate employees, Pay Days is the number of attendance records presented within the attendance period - (not whole day annual leave days and not whole day sick leave days).
For Pay Regular Days for Daily Rate Employees, Pay Days is Regular Pay Days (in Attendance Period) - Annual Leave days (in Leave Period) - Holiday days (in Payroll Period) - Sick Leave days (in Leave Period) - Injury Leave days (in Leave Period) - Maternity Leave days (in Leave Period).
Hourly Rate Employee
For Hourly Rate employees, Pay Hours is the number of worked hours in attendance records within the attendance period.
For Pay Regular Hours for Hourly Rate Employees, Pay Hours is the Regular Pay Hours - (Annual Leave days + Holiday days + Sick Leave days + Injury Leave day + Maternity Leave days) * Average Daily Work hours within the attendance period
Daily Rate by Day Type
For Daily Rate by Date Type employees, Pay Days 1 is the number of attendance records presented for weekdays - (not whole day annual leave days and not whole day sick leave days), and Pay Days 2 is the number of attendance records presented in Saturdays and Pay Hours 3 is the number of attendance records presented in Sundays/Public Holidays.
Hourly Rate by Day Type
For Hourly Rate by Date Type employees, Pay Hours 1 is the number of worked hours in attendance records for weekdays, Pay Hours 2 is the number of worked hours in Saturdays and Pay Hours 3 is the number of worked hours on Sundays/Public Holidays.
