What is "Final Payment neglected first 3 months Actual Annual Leave Entitlement every year"?

There are two options in System Manager ->Maintenance->HRPro Setup->Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave Tab, Final Payment Panel.

• Final Payment neglected first 3 months Actual Annual Leave Entitlement every year.

• Final Payment neglected first 3 months Actual Annual Leave Entitlement for the first year only.

When the option Final Payment neglected first 3 months Actual Annual Leave Entitlement every year is turned on, the Annual Leave Pay for Final payment will comply with the labour department to calculate Payment of Annual Leave Pay on Termination of Employment Contract in Chapter 4: Rest Days, Holidays and Leave.

 i.e. the Annual Leave Entitlements are neglected on the first 3 months of EVERY Anniversary Year or  Common Leave Year. 

This option worked for final payment only and had no effect on the annual leave entitlement or balance. 

If the user prefers this neglection applied to the final payment for the first year only, you can turn this option off but turn on Final Payment neglected first 3 months Actual Annual Leave Entitlement for the first year only.
