Company Library (Employee Portal)
The Company Library stores personnel and company documents for easy access and download, such as the Employee Handbook and Leave Policy.
You can click the Download button to download a document. If the document is in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, a View button will be available for instant viewing.
The content of Company Library is defined in Master Setup ⇒ Company Library, which can specify which department, division, work location, and/or Employee Class are allowed to view this document. The permissions for downloading, viewing, or printing a document depend on the checkbox options set in the Company Library definition.
Company Library is available when the check-box Enable "Company Library" in Employee Portal Setup is turned on as well as the check-box option Show Company Library in Employee Master, EPortal tab is turned on.
If the Show Company Library (Own Employer Only) in Employee Master, the EPortal tab is also turned on, only documents assigned to his/her employer can be shown.
