Previous Step: Appraisal Records
Depending on the User Rights, the user can optionally use this screen to
Assign or change the Reviewer.
Assign or change the Feedbacker.
Update the Submission Deadline.Â
Input Goal and Objective for particular Appraisal Form.
Input HR Comment after review completion.
Input the Next Appraisal Date after review completion.
Change the Appraisal Status.
Maintain the Rating and Comments. (if the user has full edit rights)
Limited Edit Rights for Appraisal Batch
If HRPro user is granted Appraisal Batch - limited edit without Appraisal Batch - edit rights (defined in User Maintenance), only HR Comment, Next Appraisal Date, Reviewer and Feedbacker, Change Status is allowed to edit on this screen.
