A "Pay Slip" is a document provided to employees that details their earnings for a specific pay period. It includes information such as:

Pay Slips ensure transparency in payroll processing and help employees understand how their final salary is calculated. They can be generated electronically and accessed through the Employee Portal or printed for physical distribution.

You can use your company letter head to the header as the Pay Slip letter head that defined in Payroll Module Setup, Pay Slip tab.
