Payroll Module Setup, Pay Slip tab is under System Manager ⇒ HRPro Setup ⇒ Payroll Module Setup
If Enable Zero Amount Pay Slip is turned on, Pay Slips with all the amounts are zero are possible to produce.
If Enable Zero Amount Mid-Month Payroll Pay Slip is turned on, Mid-Month Payroll Pay Slips with all the amounts are zero are possible to produce.
Header
You can use your company letter head to the header as the Salary Pay Slip letter head.
For different Pay Slip Headers for multiple employers, you can define the additional Pay Slip Header in Taxation Module Setup, Employer tab.
Content
Disable the Prints Company Name option is good when the company letterhead picture already contained the Company Name.
If Print Employee Name is turned on, the format for the Employee Name is defined in Master Setup, Employee Name Definition panel.
If Print Employee English Name is turned on, the Employee English Name is printed on the Pay Slip in the format of {Surname}, {Other Name}.
If Print Daily Rates is turned on, Daily Rate x Number of Days will be printed on the Pay Slip.
If Print Daily Rate for No Pay Leave Deduction is turned on and Print Daily Rates is turned off, Daily Rate x Number of Days will be printed on Pay Slip only for the pay item No Pay Leave Deduction.
If Print Annual Leave Balance is turned on, Annual Leave Balance will be printed on Pay Slip. Which Annual Leave Balance to print is depending on the option When validating Annual Leave Balance, based on in Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab. If Eligible Balance is selected, it is the Sum of the Standard and Additional Eligible Balance at the End of the Payroll Period without future transactions. If Actual Balance is selected, it is the Sum of the Standard and Additional Actual Balance as of the End of the Payroll Period without future transactions.
If Print YTD MPF Mandatory Contributions is turned on, the YTD MPF Mandatory Contributions printed on the Pay Slip are the Employee Mandatory Contributions including the current period.
If Print Total Late In and Early Out is turned on, the sum of the total Late-In minutes and total Early Out minutes in Attendance Records (also depending on the option Apply Late-In Deduction and Apply Early-Out Deduction in Global Working Hours/Shift Code) for the corresponding Attendance period will be printed on the Pay Slip.
If the option Combine Salary, Holiday Pay, Annual Leave Pay and Injury Leave Allowance into Salary is turned on, all these pay items are combined and shown as Salary on the Pay Slip. This is good for companies that EAO2007 is turned off and do not wish to know the details of each pay item.
Footer
This panel is to define the Footer of the Pay Slip.

This panel is to define the Top and Left Margin of the Pay Slip.
