Welcome to the May 2022 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:
Renamed No Annual Leave Entitlement before Probation End Date to Not release Annual Leave Entitlement before Probation End Date in Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab, Annual Leave Entitlement panel.
Renamed No Annual Leave Entitlement for the first 3 months of service to Not release Annual Leave Entitlement for the first 3 months of service in Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab, Annual Leave Entitlement panel.
Revamp Employee Master, EPortal tab.
Revise How to upload "Notice of Employee Cessation IR56F" via Mixed Mode.
New User Guide: Reset Grid Layout.
Added check-box option Allow Future Date Application to Leave Type.
Added Apply Email CC List (Approver Email) to Employee Master, EPortal tab, CC List panel.
Renamed Apply Email CC List to Apply Email CC List (Applicant Email) in Employee Master, EPortal tab, CC List panel.
Renamed Accumulate IR56B/F/M by HKID to Accumulate IR56 Forms by HKID in Taxation Module Setup. And this option is effective for IR56G generation.
Added option If No Pay Leave Deduction is zero, do not count No Pay Leave Days as Regarded Days to Payroll Module Setup, Payroll tab, EAO 2007 panel.
Added options Show Rest Day Leave Balance, Show Rest Day Leave Approved to Employee Portal Setup, WebLeave tab.
