What's new in HRPro 20.01?

Welcome to the January 2023 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:
HRPro version 20 fully supports Microsoft SQL Server 2022.
End of Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Announcement - As the End of support from Microsoft for SQL Server 2012 is on 2022/07/12, the support for SQL Server 2012 running HRPro will end on 2022/12/31. HRPro version 20 (which will be released on 2023/01/01) will no longer support SQL Server 2012 as the database server. HRPro Customers running SQL Server 2012 are required to upgrade to SQL Server 2014/2016/2017/2019/2022 before upgrading to HRPro version 20.
Added new Appraisal Report: Appraisal Form.
Added Print button to print the Appraisal Form on Appraisal Batch and Employee Appraisal History screens.
Added a Download Appraisal Form button on Appraisal Result.
Added columns Performance Factor 1 Comment to Performance Factor 99 Comment, Performance Factor 1 Self Rating to Performance Factor 99 Self Rating, Performance Factor 1 Self Comment to Performance Factor 99 Self Comment, Performance Factor 1 Employee Feedback to Performance Factor 99 Employee Feedback, Performance Factor 1 Feedbacker Feedback to Performance Factor 99 Feedbacker Feedback to Appraisal Detail Rating Report.
Added check-box options Enable "Event Calendar", Enable "Subordinate Leave History", Enable "Team Roster" to Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab, Enable Functions panel.
