Welcome to the December 2023 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:
Added Show Employee Statistic to Employee Master.
Added check-box option Internship Employee to Employee Master, HR Info tab.
Added column Employee Class to Employee Appointment History Report.
Added a check-box option "Enable 2-step Verification" to Employee Master, EPortal tab, Other Settings panel.
Given Name can be empty when creating a new employee in Employee Master.
Renamed Appraisal Performance Factor to Apprisal Item in Appraisal Template.
Added column Awaiting Complete to Appraisal Batch Status Report.
Allow to print the Appraisal Change Log from the page of Appraisal Records.
Added Return to HR for HR Comment workflow to Appraisal Template, Workflow panel.
New Help Page: Appraisal Module Setup.
Each Appraisee can define up to 3 feedbackers in Employee Master, EPortal tab.
Added Feedbacker 2 Feedback and Feedbacker 3 Feedback to Appraisal Workflow.
Added the option Reviewer Final Review (before Feedbacker Feedback) to the Appraisal Template.
Added columns "Awaiting Feedbacker 2 Feedback" and "Awaiting Feedbacker 3 Feedback" to the Appraisal Batch Status Report.
