What's new in HRPro 22.05?

Welcome to the May 2025 release of HRPro. This version includes several updates that we hope you will appreciate. Some of the key highlights include:

• Enabled eMPF for Principal MPF - Simple Plan 信安強積金 - 易富之選, Principal MPF - Smart Plan 信安強積金 - 明智之選, and Principal MPF Scheme Series 800 信安強積金計劃800系列 from  Principal Trust Company (Asia) Limited  (信安信託（亞洲）有限公司 ). See MPF Account.

• A new feature, "Undeliverable EPortal Emails", has been added to the Process menu to manage undeliverable emails originating from the Employee Portal.

• Two numeric variables, [TotalPaidDaysInWorkPeriod] and [TotalPaidDaysInMonth], have been added to the User Defined Formula.

• In the Taxation Module Setup, split the option "Generates IR56 forms with zero amounts, even if payroll is zero" into the following three separate options:

  • Generates IR56B forms with zero amounts, even if the payroll is zero  

  • Generates IR56F forms with zero amounts, even if the payroll is zero  

  • Generates IR56M forms with zero amounts, even if the payroll is zero

• A new screen was added to the taxation management module: IR56E - Notice of New Employment Form.

• For the Taxation Module Setup, the IR56E panel has added a new checkbox option, Display the Badge Counter for IR56E.

• Revised User Guide: How to prepare IR56B?

• Revised User Guide: How to prepare IR56M?

• Introduced an Email Address Selection feature in the Email Template, enabling users to designate either the Company Email or Personal Email as the recipient for the email template.

• A new document, "What is the robots.txt for?" has been added to the Support page.

• Minor improvements, security patches, and bug fixes.
