Time Records

Time Records is under Attendance ⇒ Attendance Reports.

Time Records is the raw attendance data that is imported from Attendance Import or Web API for Attendance Import.

Time Records are only available when the option Keep Attendance Raw Data in Attendance Module Setup is turned on and the raw data are kept. 

Report Columns

  • EE No

  • Employee Name

  • Period

  • Calendar Month

  • Device

  • Date

  • Time

  • Mode (What is In Out Mode?)

  • On Attendance Record (Yes - This time record is on Attendance Record, No - This time record is skipped).
