HRPro Calendar
HRPro Calendar is under System Manager.
Similar to the Company Calendar in the Employee Portal, the following will be displayed on the HRPro Calendar:
Holidays
Birthdays of all employees (Optional depending on the check-box option Show birthdays (effective only if Show Reminders on HRPro Calendar is off) in System Manager Setup)
Pending Leave of all employees
Leave History of all employees
In addition, HRPro Calendar can optionally display HRPro Reminder events if the option Show Reminders on HRPro Calendar in System Manager Setup is turned on.
The Department drop down list is to show the events of the employees belong to that department.
The Division drop down list is to show the events of the employees belong to that division.
The Work Location drop down list is to show the events of the employees belong to that division.
The colour of the Leave Type can be defined in Leave Type
