Overtime Compensation Application Approval
Overtime Compensation Application Approval is under Process.
The "Overtime Compensation Application Approval" feature in HRPro is designed for HR Managers to inquire about and approve Overtime Compensation Application that are pending approval from the designated approvers.
This feature is usable only when the Employee Portal is installed.
There is an option Maximum Number of past periods to display in Overtime Compensation Application Approval in the Process Setup, and Overtime Compensation Application Approval panel. It can control how many past periods to load them to the Overtime Compensation Application Approval. If you have a large volume of Overtime Compensation Application Approval, limiting the period can improve the loading performance of the Requests.
To show the Approved/Rejected Applications, select Show Inactive
Approve Overtime Compensation Application Approval
For Pending Applications, the user can Approve or Reject the Application on behalf of the Approver. Depending on the option Overtime Compensation Application Approval Action is final (in Process Setup, Overtime Compensation Application Approval panel). If the option is unchecked and the Approval Workflow is by Level, the approval action in the Overtime Compensation Application Approval will be by level according to the workflow status of the application. Otherwise, the approval action is final for the Overtime Compensation Application Approval. (i.e. will approve or reject the application immediately).
Email Notifications will be sent to the applicant if the option Disable Email Notification for Overtime Compensation Application Approval (in Process Setup, Overtime Compensation Application Approval panel) is not turned on.
For Approved Application, user can Reject the Application on behalf of the Approver.
For Rejected Application, no further action can be performed.
However, the user can delete a rejected application by clicking the delete button (When Show Inactive is selected). Applications with a status other than Rejected cannot be deleted.
Mass Approval
If the option Allow Mass Approval is turned on (in Process Setup), mass approval is available.
Mass approval streamlines the process of approving applications. Here’s how it works:
Select requests:
First, you choose the applications you want to approve. You can do this by checking the checkboxes next to each application.
Approve selected or Reject selected:
Once you’ve made your selections, you have two options:
Approve selected: Click this button to approve all the selected applications simultaneously.
Reject selected: If needed, you can reject all the selected applications in one go.
By using mass approval, you can efficiently manage multiple applications without the need for individual approvals.
