Time Correction Request Approval
Time Correction Request Approval is under Attendance Management.
The "Time Correction Request Approval" feature in HRPro is designed for HR Managers to inquire about and approve Time Correction Requests that are pending approval from the designated approvers.
This feature is usable only when the Employee Portal is installed.
There is an option Maximum Number of past periods to display in Time Correction Request in the Attendance Module Setup, and Time Correction Request Approval panel. It can control how many past periods to load them to the Time Correction Request Approval. If you have a large volume of Time Correction Requests, limiting the period can improve the loading performance of the Requests.
To show the Approved/Rejected Requests, select Show Inactive
Approve Time Correction Request
For Pending Requests, the user can Approve or Reject the Request on behalf of the Approver. Depending on the option Time Correction Request Approval Action is final (in Attendance Module Setup, Time Correction Request Approval panel). If the option is unchecked and the Approval Workflow is by Level, the approval action in the Time Correction Request will be by level according to the workflow status of the application. Otherwise, the approval action is final for the Time Correction Request. (i.e. will approve or reject the application immediately).
Email Notifications will be sent to the applicant if the option Disable Email Notification for Time Correction Request Approval (in Attendance Module Setup, Time Correction Request Approval panel) is not turned on.
For Approved Request, user can Reject the Request on behalf of the Approver.
For Rejected Request, no further action can be performed.
However, the user can delete a rejected request by clicking the delete button (When Show Inactive is selected). Request with a status other than Rejected cannot be deleted.
Mass Approval
If the option Allow Mass Approval is turned on (in Attendance Module Setup), mass approval is available.
Mass approval streamlines the process of approving requests. Here’s how it works:
Select requests:
First, you choose the applications you want to approve. You can do this by checking the checkboxes next to each request.
Approve selected or Reject selected:
Once you’ve made your selections, you have two options:
Approve selected: Click this button to approve all the selected requests simultaneously.
Reject selected: If needed, you can reject all the selected requests in one go.
By using mass approval, you can efficiently manage multiple requests without the need for individual approvals.
