Definition of Leave Status
Leave Status represents the Leave Code that the employee took the Leave that inputted in Leave Entry, Leave Code is defined in Leave Type Maintenance.
In addition to this, the following are also displayed as Leave Status,
[PH] - Public Holiday, if the employee's Holiday Type is Public Holiday and that date is Public Holiday.
[SH] - Statutory Holiday, if the employee's Holiday Type is Statutory Holiday and that date is Statutory Holiday (for Roster Employees, defined in Roster Holiday in Leave Module Setup, General tab). .
[RD] - Rest Day, if the employee is a Roster Employee, and the Shift Type of Shift Code defined on that date is Rest Day. or if the employee is a Global Working Hours employee, it is Sunday or Saturday (if Saturday is Rest Day) and that day is not Statutory Holiday.
[OFF] - Day Off, if the employee is taken Day off (Not Full Pay) leave on that day or if the employee is a Roster Employee, and the Shift Type of the Shift Code defined on that date is Day Off. Or if the employee is worked Global Working Hours, it is Saturday (if Saturday is Day Off) and that day is not Statutory Holiday.
(AM) - Leave by AM.
(PM) - Leave by PM.
(TI) - Leave by Time.
