Employee Master, Salary Info tab


Salary Info tab is to defined the Salary related information, including the regular salary, allowance and other pays. 



You can use User Defined Formula on other pay types for regular payment.

O.T. Type (Workday) - define the O.T. Type after office hours (integrated with attendance module)
O.T. Type (Restday) - defined the O.T. Type for Rest Days (and Off Days for Roster Employees) (Sunday/Holiday except Saturday, etc) (integrated with attendance module)
O.T. Type (Saturday) - defined the O.T. Type for Rest Days that is Saturday (integrated with attendance module)
O.T. Type (SH) - defined the O.T. Type for Statutory Holiday (integrated with attendance module)
O.T. Type (PH -SH) defined the O.T. Type for Public Holiday that is not Statutory Holiday (integrated with attendance module)
O.T. Type (CallBack) - defined the O.T. Type for CallBack Over-Time  (integrated with attendance module)
O.T. Type 7 to 8 - no integration with attendance module. You can define the description of O.T. Type 7 and 8 in Payroll Module SetupPay Type Tab.

The pay types are defined in Payroll Module Setup, the pay type items look-up is available when the pay type items are defined. See Pay Type and Pay Type Items

Payslip Password will be available to input on this tab if the Employee Portal is not installed, If Employee Portal is installed, Payslip Password is the Employee Portal Password defined in EPortal Tab.

When Enable Shift Differential Pay for Hourly Rate Employee is turned on, Hourly Rate Employee will enable different hourly rates for different shift session, e.g. Hourly Rate 1 for 1st Shift (Book In Time to Lunch Out Time), Hourly Rate 2 for 2nd Shift (Lunch In Time to Rest Out Time/Book Out Time), Hourly Rate 3 for 3rd Shift (Rest In Time to Book Out Time). e.g. $100 for Day Time Shift, $120 for Night Shift. etc. To define which Hourly Rate for which session, please go to Shift Code / Global Working Hours, Other Settings tab. When Enable Multiple Cost Centre per Employee in Payroll Module Setup (System Manager->HRPro Setup->Payroll Module Setup, payroll tabis turned on, Click the "$ Cost Centre" button will enable you to input Multiple Cost Centres per period. See Enable Multiple Cost Centre per Employee

This tab is visible only if the user is granted the Access Rights for viewing Salary Information
