Welcome to the February 2022 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:

Added optional step Self-Review to Appraisal Workflow.
Added check-box option Enable Appraisal Self Review to Employee Portal Setup, Appraisal tab.
Added check-box option Enable Self Review Workflow to Appraisal Template.
Enabled Self Review in Employee Portal.
Added Pay Type Untaken Annual Leave Pay to Payroll Module Setup, Pay Type tab.
Added column Calendar Month to Attendance Report, Attendance Report (Group by Employee), Absent Report, Early-Out Report, Late-in Report, Missed Swipe Report, OT Pay Report, Time Clock Out of Sequence Report, Overtime Report, Shortage Report, Time Records, WebLeave Application Report, Leave Adjustment Report.

Added Password Policy panel to Company Setup, General tab.
Minor improvements and bug fixes.
