What's new in HRPro 19.06?

Welcome to the June 2022 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:

• Holidays for 2023 are available.  See How to Import Next Year Holidays to Holiday Table.

• Revised Hong Kong ISP SMTP Information.

• Added check-box option Enable Download File Cabinet (in System Manager Setup) to enable you to store a copy of your download file in Download File Cabinet.

• Revamp User-Defined Fields Setup as Master Setup and relocate Master Management, Employee Master, and Employee Name Defination panels from Company Setup, Master Setup tab to Master Setup.

• Revamp Reminder Setup as System Manager Setup and relocate the panels System Manager, Reporting, and Password Policy panels from Company Setup, General tab to System Manager Setup.

• Added option Type of Form to IR56G Employer's Notification of Employee Cessation and Departure from HK

• Added check-box options Print Pay Date, Print Pay By/Cheque No., Print MPF Section in Payroll Module Setup, Pay Slip tab, Content panel.

• Added 10 date type Company User-Defined Fields to Company Setup, General tab, Company User-Defined Fields panel.

• Allow to define HRPro Reminder for date type Company User-Defined Fields in System Manager Setup, Reminder Setup tab.

• New Report: Attendance Summary Report (by Calendar Month)

• Rename Attendance Summary Report to Attendance Summary Report (by Attendance Period)

• Added check-box option Comma between Surname and Given Name to Master Setup, Employee Name definition panel.

• Added option Period End Date of the generated payroll to Allow Leave Taken Start Date in Leave Type (good for the leave type that involved payroll. e.g. The employee do not allowed to apply "No Pay Leave" to be taken in 2022 March if 2022 March Payroll is generated for the employee).

• Minor improvements and bug fixes.
