What's new in HRPro 20.08?

Welcome to the August 2023 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:

• Added options DisablePunchCard and DisableAllExceptPunchCard to EPortal.config Settings.

• Added checkbox option Event Calendar shows Multiple Dates Leave Indicator to Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab, Event Calendar panel.

• Added checkbox option Company Calendar shows Multiple Dates Leave Indicator to Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab, Company Calendar panel.

• Add column Leave Period to Leave Details Report by Date.

• New Report: Appraisal Overall Rating Report by Employee.

• Added columns Overall Self Rating, Overall Self Rating Equation to Appraisal Overall Rating Report.

• Added Forget your password link if the password entered is incorrect in Web Client Login.

• Added dropdown list button with options Show Active, Show Inactive and Show All to Mail Merge allowing Mail Merge document to terminated employees.

• Added check-box option Show "Leave History" in Employee Master, EPortal tab, Menu Items panel.

• Added 3 more rounding methods Round up to the nearest quarter minute (15,30,45,60), Round up to the nearest half hour (30,60) and Round up to the nearest hour (60) to Overtime rounding, Late-In Minutes rounding, Early-Out Minutes rounding and Short Minutes rounding in Global Working Hours and Shift Code.

• Allow inputting Entitlement Year 21 to 25 in Leave Entitlement Class.

• Added a check box on the header of Alternate Saturday in Global Working Hours to allow check all.

• Added Employer tab to Leave Type to define Leave Type applicable for specific Employer.

• Minor improvements, security patches, and bug fixes..
