Employee Portal Setup, Attendance tab is under System Manager ⇒ HRPro Setup, Employee Portal Setup.
This page is useful only if Attendance Management Module has been installed.
Enable Functions
Enable "Punch Card": When turned on, Punch Card is available for EPortal users.
Enable "Attendance Record": When turned on, the Attendance Record is available for EPortal users.
Enable "Attendance Performance": When turned on, Attendance Performance is available. for EPortal users.
Enable "Subordinate Attendance Record": When turned on, Subordinate Attendance Record is available. for EPortal users.
Enable "Subordinate Attendance Performance": When turned on, Subordinate Attendance Performance is available. for EPortal users.
Punch Card
Punch Card Device: You can define it as Browser ID, GPS Location, or Internet Address.
If GPS Location is selected, the GPS Location of each punch time will be captured (usually valid for mobile devices). This feature is available only in secure contexts (HTTPS), in some or all supporting browsers.
If GPS Location is selected, and GPS Location is defined in Work Location. When the employee is performing Punch Card in EPortal. If the location is within the GPS Tolerance (Meters), the GPS Location will be resolved into the Work Location Code. Moreover, if the option "If GPS Location, allowed only punch at Work Location" is turned on, only the GPS location that can be resolved to Work Location can perform the Punch Card.
If GPS Location is selected and "Enable High Accuracy Mode" is turned on, the device will use high accuracy mode to acquire geolocation data. It will use GPS or other high-accuracy location providers, which may consume more power and take longer to obtain the position. When this option is turned off, the device will use less accurate methods such as Wi-Fi or cell tower triangulation, which are generally faster and consume less power.
When Disallow Repunch... is turned on, the punch time is unable to be punched again if the time is already punched.

Email Notification for Time Correction Request
Disable Email Notification for Time Correction Request: When turned on, No Email notification will be sent to the approvers and the applicant.
Enable HR to receive Approved/Rejected Email: When turned on, the HR Email address will be included in the carbon copy (CC) of the Approved/Rejected email notification when the approver approves the Time Correction Request. This keeps HR in the loop for all Leave Applications.
Enable Department Manager to receive Approved/Rejected Email: When turned on, the Email of the Department Manager (defined in the Department) will be included in the carbon copy (CC) of the Approved/Rejected email Time Correction Requestwhen the approver approves the application.
Enable Division Manager to receive Approved/Rejected Email: When turned on, the Email of the Division Manager (defined in the Division) will be included in the carbon copy (CC) of the Approved/Rejected email notification when the approver approves the Time Correction Request.
Hide remarks from email notifications: When enabled, the remarks section will be excluded from the email content, which might be useful for maintaining privacy or simplifying the content of the emails.
Attendance Record
Show Device/Location in Attendance Record: When turned on, this setting displays columns for "Device" (the attendance device used) and "Location" (the geographic or designated area) in the Attendance Record. It helps to provide detailed data for tracking and verification purposes.
Show Device/Location in Subordinate Attendance Record: When enabled, approvers can view the "Device" and "Location" information in their subordinates' Attendance Records, offering transparency and supporting attendance oversight.
Show "Card Times" in the Attendance Record: Activates the display of "Card In Time" and "Card Out Time", etc. columns in the Attendance Record, which reflect the original timestamps recorded by the attendance device. This ensures the accuracy and visibility of raw data.
Show "Correct Work In/Out" Buttons in Attendance-Record: When turned on, the Attendance Record in the Employee Portal will show the Correct Work In/Out button to apply a Time Clock Correction Request application if the days of the employee are either Late-In, Early Out, or Absent except if the check-box Show on Every Day is checked, in that case, the Correct Work In/Out button will show on every day.
Show "Correct Work In/Out" Buttons in Attendance Record: Adds "Correct Work In" and "Correct Work Out" buttons to the Employee Portal's Attendance Record. Employees can use these to request corrections for clock-in/clock-out times if marked Late-In, Early-Out, or Absent in Time Correction Request.
Show "Correct Meal Time" Buttons, Show "Correct Rest Time" Buttons, and Show "Correct Call-back Time" Buttons in Attendance Record: Displays respective buttons for submitting Time Correction Requests for Meal Times, Rest Times, or Call-back Times. Employees can apply for corrections through the Attendance Record, ensuring proper adjustments when needed.
Show these "Correct Time Buttons" Every Day: Determines whether the "Correct Time Buttons" for Work In/Out, Meal Time, Rest Time, and Call-back Time are displayed every day, regardless of the employee’s recorded attendance status.
