Timesheet is under Attendance.
The TimeSheet in HRPro is used to record and manage employee work hours. It allows employees and managers to track daily work hours, breaks, overtime, and other related activities.
Timesheet
Timesheet is a special format for Attendance Records. It is enabled if both Enable Timesheet without Time Clock Info in Attendance Module Setup and Employee Master, HR Info is turned on. After they are turned on, there will be no Time Clock Info (Work In, Meal Out, Meal In, Work Out, etc) available and the Worked Hrs and OT Hours, etc are allowed to edit for that employee. This is good for companies without attendance devices and concerned only with the number of hours that the employee worked for.
To import the timesheet from Excel, select the attendance import file format Excel (Timesheet without Time Clock Info) in Attendance Module Setup.
If the timesheet hourly rate employee is also turned on Enable Shift Differential Pay for Daily/Hourly Rate Employee, 3 Sessions for Worked Hrs will be available to input.
