Worked Hours

The Worked Hours on the payroll are served as a reference for Statutory Minimum Wage (SMW). Worked Hours can calculate from Attendance Records or Global Working Hours/Roster Table depending on the option Enable Attendance Data for Minimum Wage Calculation (in Attendance Module Setup).

Regarded Work Pay Days and Regarded Work Pay

Regarded Work Pay Days text box will be shown only if the employee is

  • Hourly Rate Continuous Contract Employee or

  • Daily Rate Continuous Contract Employee (that Pay Regular Days for Daily Rate Employee are turned off)

Regarded Work Pay text box will be shown only if the employee is

  • Hourly Rate Continuous Contract Employee (that Pay Regular Hours for Hourly Rate Employee are turned off) or

  • Daily Rate Continuous Contract Employee (that Pay Regular Days for Daily Rate Employee are turned off).

Regarded Work Pay Days and Regarded Work Pay does not apply to Monthly-rated Employees.

Regarded Work Pay Days

Regarded Work Pay Days are the Work Days that qualify as Regarded Day (usually it is full pay wage).

Regarded Days of the period for Average Daily Wage (ADW) = Regarded Work Pays Days + Statutory Holiday Days + Annual Leave Day + Non-Working day OT Days that worked hrs not less than regular hours

If Attendance Module is enabled, Regarded Work Pay Days is populated from Attendance Records during the payroll generation for the worked days.

If the employee is an Hourly Rate Employee, only the worked hours are not less than the regular work hours (where regular work hours are greater than zero,i.e. Work date) are treated as Regarded Work Pay Days.

Regarded Work Pay Days is available to input only if the check-box option Enable Regarded Work Pay Days for Daily/Hourly Rate Employee in Payroll Module Setup, Payroll tab is turned on. If it is turned off, Regarded Days for ADW is simply the value inputted in the Regarded Days text box.

Regarded Work Pay

Regarded Work Pay is one of the pay items to calculate the Past 12 months' Average Daily Wage (ADW) for EAO2007 of this payroll record.

For Daily Rate Employee, Regarded Work Pay is Regarded Work Pay Days multiple by the Daily Rate.

For Hourly Rate Employee, Regarded Work Pay is the sum of the Hours worked in Regarded Work Pay Days multiple by the Hourly Rate.

Regarded Work Pay is available to input only if the check-box option Enable Regarded Work Pay for Daily/Hourly Rate Employee in Payroll Module Setup, Payroll tab is turned on. If it is turned off, ADW is calculated from the work pay (e.g. Hourly Pay 1 to 6).
