Regarded Days of the period for Average Daily Wage (ADW) = Regarded Work Pays Days + Statutory Holiday Days + Annual Leave Day + Non-Working day OT Days that worked hrs not less than regular hours
If Attendance Module is enabled, Regarded Work Pay Days is populated from Attendance Records during the payroll generation for the worked days.
If the employee is an Hourly Rate Employee, only the worked hours are not less than the regular work hours (where regular work hours are greater than zero,i.e. Work date) are qualified as Regarded Work Pay Days.
Regarded Days can only be entered if the option "Enable Regarded Work Pay Days for Daily/Hourly Rate Employee" (found in Payroll Module Setup, the Payroll tab) is turned off and the employee is classified as a continuous contract employee.
When generating payroll with available attendance records, Regarded Days for Hourly Rate Employees equals the number of scheduled working attendance days, while for Daily Rate Employees, it equals the actual attendance days worked among scheduled working days. If attendance records are unavailable or system-generated values don't apply, users need to manually enter or adjust the Regarded Days.
Additionally, when the option to enable regarded work pay days is off, the 713 Regarded Days value includes the amount input in the Regarded Days field plus any OT Days from Attendance Records. If the "OT is treated as Regarded Wage Only when OT amount is not less than 20% of the regarded wage" option is disabled, all OT Days are included. If this OT option is enabled, OT Days count only if the combined Regarded Wage and OT Amount exceed 20% of the regarded wage. This ensures accurate payroll calculation reflecting actual worked days and eligible overtime.
