What's new in HRPro 20.02?

Welcome to the February 2023 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:

• Added the option Password expires after certain days to Employee Portal Setup, General tab, Password Policy panel.

• Added new query to Business Alert/User Query Samples: 31. Annual Leave Forfeiture Reminder (email to employees upon new leave year up to the grace period reached)

• Allow selecting the option Last Year's Entitlement x 2, Last Year's Entitlement ÷ 2, and Last Year's Entitlement for Retain Days of Annual Leave Forfeiture in Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab, Annual Leave Forfeiture panel, Leave Entitlement Class, Annual Leave Forfeiture panel, Annual Leave Forfeiture, and Additional Annual Leave Forfeiture.

• Added check-box option Disable 2-step verification to Employee Portal Setup, General tab. Login Page panel.

• New User Guide: How to update Holiday Table automatically once available.

• Added Category to Notice. See Maintain Notice.

• Allow attaching up to 5 attachments on each notice in Notice Board. See Maintain Notice.

• Added Category drop-down list, Search text box, and Read drop-down list to filter notices in Notice Board.

• Add drop-down list option Payroll Cost Centre to Payroll Record Amendment, Other Info tab.

• New Report: Appraisal Change Log.

• HRPro now fully supports Microsoft SQL Server 2022.

• Minor improvements, security patches, and bug fixes.
