What's new in HRPro 21.01?

Welcome to the January 2024 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:
End of Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Announcement - Microsoft will end the extended support for SQL Server 2014 on 2024/07/09. As a result, the support for SQL Server 2014 running HRPro will end on 2024/12/31. HRPro 22, set to release on 2025/01/01, will no longer support SQL Server 2014 as the database server. Therefore, HRPro customers running SQL Server 2014 are required to upgrade to SQL Server 2016/2017/2019/2022 before upgrading to HRPro 22.
Added options DisablePayrollRelated and DisableAllExceptPayrollRelated to EPortal.config Settings.
Added a new Leave Nature Jury Leave, See What is Leave Nature?
Added the Apply Update Personal Particulars CC List option to the CC List panel on the Employee master, EPortal tab.
Added check-box option Suppress Email Notification for Application in Employee Master, EPortal tab, Other Settings panel.
The Auto Annual Leave Forfeiture feature can now be enabled twice yearly. To define the second Auto Annual Leave Forfeiture, navigate to the Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab, and Leave Entitlement Class.
The Expense Type now has a User Defined Fields tab that allows you to specify which User Defined Fields defined in the Expense Module Setup apply to this Expense type when applying expense claims application.
Added checkbox option Show as [OFF] in Company Calendar in Leave Type.
Added new option Next Leave Year End Date to Allow Leave Taken End Date in Leave Type.
Renamed the option "Pay Regular Days for Daily Rate Employee" to "Pay daily rate employees according to work schedule" and "Pay Regular Hours for Hourly Rate Employee" to "Pay hourly rate employees according to work schedule" in Payroll Module Setup, Payroll tab.
Renamed the option "Pay Regular Days/Hours for Daily/Hourly Rate Employee" to "Pay daily/hourly Rate Employees according to work schedule" in Employee Class.
Added checkbox option Treat Absent as No Pay Leave Deduction for Daily/Hourly Rate Employees to Attendance Module Setup, General tab, Payroll Integration panel.
Added option Maximum number of times allowed to apply per year in Expense Type, WebLeave (Employee Portal) tab, Maximum per year panel.
Minor improvements, security patches and bug fixes.
