What's new in HRPro 22.02?

Welcome to the February 2025 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:

• A checkbox option "Worked hours are not counted beyond the scheduled number of working hours" is added to Shift Code and Global Working Hours. Other Settings tab and Worked Hours panel.

• Employee Mid-month MPF Statement is added to Mid-Month Payroll Management.

• A checkbox option "Remove Help Page Links" is added to Employee Portal Setup, General tab, General Functions panel.

• A checkbox option "Enable batch submission of Expense Claims Applications" is added to Employee Portal Setup, Expense Claims Application tab, General Functions panel.

• A new feature Expense Claims Batch Submission has been added to the Employee Portal, enabling users to save their expense claims applications to a batch before final submission.

• The eMPF Upload Template has been updated according to the "Contribution Bulk Upload Template_v1.3.1 (Jan 2025)" from eMPF Platform Company Limited🡕.

• A new column Causal Leave (days) has been added to the Leave Summary Report by Year.

• The Self Approval checkbox has been added to the Employee Master, under the EPortal tab within the Approval Setting panel, enabling automatic approval for employees without an assigned approver.

• The Self Approval checkbox has been added to the Employee Class, Default EPortal tab under the Approval Setting panel.

• Auto Approval has been renamed to Self Approval.

• "Today" and "Yesterday" buttons are added for the Expense Date in the Expense Claims Application.

• Minor improvements, security patches, and bug fixes.
