What's new in HRPro 23.04?

Welcome to the April 2026 release of HRPro. This version includes several updates that we hope you will appreciate. Some of the key highlights include:

• Added a Print menu on the Edit Employee screen to allow printing of the Employee Profile, IR56E, and Employee Change Log.

• Added a Print menu on the Edit Payroll Record screen to allow printing of the Pay Slip and Payroll Change Log.

• Added a Print menu on the Edit Mid-Month Payroll Record screen to allow printing of the Mid-Month Pay Slip and Mid-Month Payroll Change Log.

• Added a Print menu on the Edit Appraisal screen to allow printing of the Appraisal Form and Appraisal Change Log.

• Added "Protect" function in Expense Claims Autopay Batch to secure the completed Expense Claims Autopay Batch.

• New Expense Claims Module function: Unprotect Expense Claims Autopay Batch.

• Added a new checkbox option, Enable Expense Autopay Batch protection even when the Autopay File Date is empty, in Expense Module Setup, General tab. Other Settings panel.

• In the Employee Master, HR Info tab, under the Email Delivery Preferences panel, the field label “Use Personal Email for Pay Slip” has been renamed to “Use Personal Email for Payroll Documents”.

• Added a new checkbox option, Enable "Time Correction Request", in the Employee Portal Setup, Attendance tab, Enable Functions panel.

• New User Guide: Save Grid Layout.

• Added a new checkbox option, Allow reporting for new members who joined the company within a month, to the MPF Account.

• Added new columns, Working Hours, and Normal Days to Roster Assignment.

• Added a new checkbox option "Annual Leave Applicable Actual Balance excludes the first 3 months’ entitlement each year (applies only to "Final Payment neglected first 3 months Actual Annual Leave Entitlement every year" option is enabled)" to Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab.

• Minor improvements, security patches, and bug fixes.
