What's new in HRPro 20.03?

Welcome to the March 2023 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:

• Renamed Statutory Holiday Balance Report to Holiday Balance Report, and handle Roster Employees with Holiday Type Public Holiday.

• Renamed the panel Statutory Holiday to Roster Holiday in Leave Module Setup, General tab.

• Allow included Employee user-defined Payments (1-15) to Daily Salary includes in Payroll Module Setup, Payroll tab.

• Renamed the option Allow take leave even if Roster is not defined (for Roster Employees)  to Use Default Shift if no Roster is defined and relocated the option from Leave Module Setup, General tab to Master Setup.

• Added Default Shift to Edit Roster Table. 

• Added check-box option Enabled Excel Autofilter for Export file in System Manager Setup, General Tab, System Manager panel. 

• Added check-box option Allow Log in Employee Portal before Employee Join Date in Employee Portal Setup, General Tab, Login Panel. This is good for new hire employees allowed to log in EPortal before the join date.

• You can now define Browser ID, GPS Location or Internet Address as Punch Card Device in Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab.

• Added options Employee Salary Payment pay at Month-End Batch and Employee User-defined Payment pay at Month-End Batch to Payroll Module Setup, Payroll tab, Generate Payroll Batch panel.

• Added options Employee Salary Payment pay at Mid-Month Batch, Employee User-defined Payment pay at Mid-Month Batch and Daily/Hourly Rate Employee Work Pay prepaid in Mid-Month to Payroll Module Setup, Mid-Month Payroll tab.

• It is now able to set Integrity Check Query as Business Alert Job, see samples 34 to 45 in Business Alert/User Query Samples

• Added a new check-box option Enable Scan Range for Global Working Hours/Shift Code to Master Setup, Master Management Panel.

• Added new queries to Business Alert/User Query Samples: 32. Missed Punch-In Reminder (email to employees if they forget to punch in for 3 hours after their standard work in time.) and 33. Missed Punch-Out Reminder (email to employees if they forget to punch out for 3 hours after their standard work out time.).

• Renamed Overtime truncate to Overtime rounding, Late-In Minutes truncate to Late-In Minutes rounding, Early-Out Minutes truncate to Early-Out Minutes rounding and added the options Round to the nearest quarter minute, Round to the nearest half hour, and Round to the nearest hour to Global Working Hours and Shift Code. 

• Added the option Short Minutes rounding to Global Working Hours and Shift Code, Other Settings tab.

• Allow to input Earliest In Time, Latest In Time, Earliest Out Time and Latest Out Time, etc. in the panel Flexible Working Hours in Global Working Hours and Shift Code, Other Settings tab.

• Added columns Days to Retain and Days to Forfeit to Annual Leave Forfeiture so that you can examine who and how many days to forfeit before clicking the Start Annual Leave Forfeiture button.

• Minor improvements, security patches, and bug fixes.
