What's new in HRPro 21.12?

Welcome to the December 2024 release of HRPro. There are many updates in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:
A new option "Yes. Pay at Both Mid-Month and Month-End Payroll Batch" for "OT Pay Calculation based on Attendance Records" has been added to Attendance Module Setup, Payroll Integration tab.
The Employee Portal Setup, Leave Application tab, on the Application Restriction panel now has the new options "Do not allow the application for Annual Leave if there is a balance of Compensation Leave" and "Do not allow the application for No Pay Leave if there is a balance of Annual Leave".
New onboarding function: Welcome Emails have been added to the Process.
A new panel "Welcome Emails" has been added to the Process Setup.
A new panel "Update Personal Particulars Approval" has been added to the Process Setup.
Allow to input the Probation End Date when creating a new employee on the New Employee screen in Employee Master.
Mail Merge Word Document was renamed to Mail Merge.
Added "468 Checking" button to Employee Master, HR Info tab.
New Report: Continuous Contract of Employment (468) Checking Report.
Two options: "Grant Manage Employees by Group Users access to payroll module sensitive screens" and "Grant Manage Employees by Group Users access to taxation module sensitive screens, have been added to the System Manager Setup.
The checkbox options Allow On Behalf Time Correction Request, (Own Department Only), (Own Division Only), and (Own Work Location Only) to be added to the Employee Master, EPortal tab.
WebLeave Application was renamed to Leave Application Approval under the Leave Management Module.
WebLeave Application Report was renamed to Leave Application Report under the Leave Management Module.
Expense Claims Application was renamed to Expense Claims Application Approval under the Expense Management Module.
Process Setup is added under HRPro Setup to define the Process settings.
New Process: Overtime Compensation Application Approval.
New Report: Overtime Compensation Application Report.
New Report: Deleted Overtime Compensation Application Report.
New Attendance Module Report: Time Correction Request Report.
End of Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2014 - Microsoft’s support for SQL Server 2014 ends on 2024/07/09. HRPro will also cease support for SQL Server 2014 on 2024/12/31. HRPro version 22, scheduled for release on 2025/01/01, will not be compatible with SQL Server 2014. To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend HRPro customers switch to one of the following supported SQL Server versions: SQL Server 2016/2017/2019 or 2022.
